Hello children, Jude, Lamby and Flossie would like to welcome you to Take One Picture Day. All our activities today will be inspired by a lovely picture which was given to Jude. We've got lots of fun activities planned so come and join in.

This lovely picture of a girl with foxes was given to Jude by her brother Lenny. We're going to use the picture as a base for our activities today. We'll be using our imaginations, dressing up, counting hats and scarves and playing a game.

Today we're going to learn all about Harvest. This is a special time of year when we gather in crops, fruits and vegetables to make sure we have enough to eat over the winter. We'll hear some stories, sing songs, make a fruit salad and sort the shopping. It's going to be a lovely day.

My name is Rachel from Music Minors based in Shropshire. Today I am joined by my daughters Matilda and Tallulah and we are going to be learning all about road safety. We will be learning a song to help you remember the important rules to cross the road. We will be playing and creating our own roads with our toys and making a safety poster too.

We will be learning about plants and the names associated with the different parts of a plant. There will be lots of creative activities too.

Allowing us to get adventurous, academic and involve the whole family, Becky hopes we can have a fun filled Measuring Day. We will have lots of fun and learn lots at the same time. My name is Charley. I am an author and illustrator and this is my first published book ‘A Shih Tzu says it like it is!’ I hope you enjoy the day I have planned. As this book is about a little dog, I thought we could have a doggy themed day, filled with some arts and crafts, outdoors fun and dog safety tips. On the next video you can see a recording I made previously for a bedtime story. So please don’t worry if you hear me say goodnight, the day isn’t over yet!

My name is Emma and I’m a children’s activity artist and a teacher. Today we will be using our ‘funky fingers’ to do some great activities.

We have lots of muscles in our fingers and hands. When we are young, it’s really important to exercise them and learn some fun techniques that will help us to do really important things, like tying our shoelaces and zipping up our jackets.
